Track record

How a GC relationship grows

Xenith Construction started us on two ground-up residential duplex landscapes. After both closed out to plan, they awarded Earthy a substantially larger phased site and landscape package at Edgewood Oaks in Fort Lauderdale, now underway.

  • Xenith Construction — two complete duplex landscapes, then the Edgewood Oaks phased package: tree removal, site clearing, grading, and landscape installation

Process

From bid invitation to turnover

  1. 1

    Plans & scope review

Send the landscape and irrigation plans, specs, and bid date. We review the scope and flag questions before we price it.

  2. 2

    Site walk

Where it helps the number, we walk the site to check access, existing conditions, and anything the drawings don’t show.

  3. 3

    Proposal

A line-item proposal against your scope, with clarifications and exclusions stated plainly.

  4. 4

    Installation

Work sequenced around your schedule and other trades, built to plan and spec.

  5. 5

    Closeout & turnover

Punch list, clean closeout — and, if the owner wants it, a maintenance agreement so the landscape is cared for after turnover.

FAQ

Does Earthy work as a landscape subcontractor for general contractors?

Yes. Earthy installs landscape, irrigation, and hardscape packages under general contractors on new construction and renovation projects in Miami-Dade and Broward. Recent work includes ground-up residential landscapes and a phased site and landscape package for Xenith Construction, and a service-area renovation at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club under Total Facility Services.

What landscape scopes can Earthy bid?

Landscape installation (trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, sod and artificial turf), site clearing and tree removal, grading, irrigation and drainage, paver hardscapes, retaining walls, pergolas and outdoor kitchens, and low-voltage landscape lighting.

What size projects does Earthy focus on?

Our focus is landscape packages of $50,000 and up, along with long-term maintenance agreements for completed properties.

Can Earthy provide prequalification documents?

Yes. Earthy is licensed and insured. A prequalification package, certificate of insurance, and general contractor references are available on request.

Where does Earthy work?

Earthy is based in Miami and works throughout Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and the Upper Keys.

Can Earthy maintain the landscape after turnover?
